Lissa Muscatine is Senior Adviser and Chief of Speechwriting at the U.S. State Department. [1]
Muscatine was a speechwriter for Senator Clinton's 2008 Presidential campaign. She also served as a speechwriter and the communications director when Clinton was First Lady. As one of Secretary Clinton's closest advisors, she is a member of Hillaryland.[2] Muscatine received her B.A. in history from Harvard College and her master from Oxford University as a 1977's American Rhodes Scholar.[3]
She is married to Washington Post editor Bradley Graham, and is on the Board of Trustees of the Sidwell Friends School[4].
